[About re-plating the case]
Cartier's Must series has vermeil-finished cases.
Vermeil is the traditional technique of applying gold or rhodium to 925 silver.

Our re-plating process involves disassembling the watch case, cleaning the exterior, removing the plating with chemicals, polishing to remove minor scratches on the base (SV925), and then re-plating.

Although the products are vintage, they have been re-plated to restore their original beauty.

*Watches that have undergone a complete service by Cartier are covered by Cartier's warranty for two years from the date of the repair invoice.

Q. Is it possible to pay in installments or pay with a bonus by credit card?

Credit card installment payments and bonus payments are available at the store.

Q. Can I reserve items?

If you would like to purchase at the store, you can reserve the item from the day before your visit.
Please make a reservation using the reservation form .
(Reservations cannot be made at the consideration stage)

Generally, you cannot reserve items when shopping online.

For both in-store and online shopping, you can hold items for up to one month by paying 10% of the tax-included product price as a deposit.
(Please note that the deposit cannot be refunded even if the purchase is cancelled.)
