If you are planning to use your watch on a daily basis, we recommend replacing the leather belt every six months to a year as it is a consumable item.

The only cost required for belt replacement is the cost of the leather belt.

We can replace the leather belt either in-store or by delivery.

Please pack your watch with cushioning material and use a shipping service with warranty and tracking. (Yu-pack, Yamato Transport's delivery, etc.) 

*Do not send watches by Yamato Transport's delivery Compact or Japan Post's LetterPack.

We will inform you of the details  by email as soon as we receive the watch. Payment can be done by credit card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery (COD).
