Repair FAQ
We will provide you with an estimated cost when we accept your repair request.
Watch overhauls are performed with the assumption that repairs will be carried out, so please refrain from canceling while the repair is in progress.
In addition to the basic fee, the cost of parts will be the actual cost only, and part replacement will be at the discretion of the craftsman if it is necessary for continued use.
The warranty against natural failure of the machine after overhaul is 6 months.
Some manufacturers may not accept repairs on older watches.
Please contact us for details.
Partial repairs are possible on exterior parts such as replacing the crystal or repairing the bracelet.
Partial repairs to the internal machinery are not possible.
"Magneticization" refers to the mechanism of a watch becoming magnetized.
If you bring your watch close to a strong magnetic source (electrical appliances, PCs, magnets, etc.), the mechanism will become magnetized, causing the time to become significantly out of sync or stop.
We offer free demagnetization of watches purchased from our store.
If your watch becomes discolored after purchase, the warranty card provided with the watch will contain instructions on how to deal with the issue.
If you have any questions, please contact us using the inquiry form.
We do not sell genuine belts, so please contact the manufacturer directly.
We offer a complimentary bracelet cleaning service for all purchased watches.
If you are concerned about dirt, we can clean your bracelet for you by coming to our store or by sending it to us.
